Users may request copies of personal information held by VENcreaTive, subject to providing

solicitor or bank plus a copy of a utility bill showing your current address. VENcreaTive may
withhold information within legal limits. By e-mailing VENcreaTive, you authorize VENcreaTive
to retain such personal information within the scope of current legislation.

Payment
To secure a date for your session, a percentage of the total cost is required, typically 50% of the total amount. This can be negotiated depending on the client’s requirements. The remaining portion of the session fee must be paid upon delivery of the images. We recommend paying in full before the day of shooting. Payment plans are also optional for the convenience of our proven customers.
Payment options include cash, credit card, debit card or email/electronic transfer. Check and money order are also accepted, but funds must be cleared before the shoot date, usually two weeks in advance.
Cancellation
If the client fails to provide the required 48 hours of cancellation notice, the down payment/deposit will be forfeited. If the client is deemed a no-show, the deposit will be retained and the shoot will be cancelled after 1.5 hours from the scheduled start time. All parties and contractors hired for the session must be compensated as required by contractual obligation. However, some exceptions may be made, depending on the circumstances.
Late Fee Penalty
Late payments exceeding 15 business days will incur a 5% monthly charge until the account is settled, for a maximum period of 24 months. At which point legal action may be pursued.
